This is the last time I’ll visit this place. The employees have terrible attitudes. I ordered a sausage and cheese bagel and they served it cold. I asked if she could toast it and she argued with me stating that the ticket didn’t say toasted. What has happened to customer service today??? What a shame. These employees should be fired. The last time I was here another employee got into an argument with the guest front of me. Unbelievable. But I’ll vote with my dollars now. For whatever little it’s worth.

I enjoyed getting breakfast here as the avocado with bacon beagle was really good! The staff were very efficient and friendly! Would definitely come back to get breakfast here again!

I see a lot of bad reviews. But my experience was different. I ordered a coffee and blueberry bagel to go. The server was quick to take the order and delivered it in a few mins I am giving 4 stars only coz the bagels weren’t upto my expectations. It didn’t taste fresh.

This place is never super impressive with their microwaved bacon and inability to get orders correct, but my husband picked up breakfast here last Friday and it was terrible. He ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels. He was told they were out of bacon. When he got the food home we saw that they also didn’t put cheese on them. It was just sad little pieces of egg on bagels. There was also everything bagel seasoning all over our cinnamon toast bagels. This has happened a few times and it’s disgusting. The sandwiches were absolutely inedible. They were happy to charge us full price when they didn’t even have bacon or cheese on them, but the end result was garbage. Won’t be eating here anymore. Update in response to the owner who left a comment: I did contact Einstein Brothers the day of my visit. No one ever responded. Yet another reason I won’t dine there anymore.

We love stopping by Einstein Bagels especially during breakfast time! They have some interesting and tasty meals including this brisket breakfast sandwich that's amazing. My kids love the Asiago bagel with one of their variety of cream cheeses. Very nice if you like good bagels
