  This place is disgusting.. Does no one ever clean the bathrooms? And It's like your staff changes every week or so, I've talked with a few of the staff and I've been told most of the problems stem from the assistant manager... And after paying attention every time I've stopped thru i can certainly agree with the staffs statements, the front line is always understaffed and every time they call her for help she staggers up to take a single order or two and then darts into the back as fast as her wobbley legs can carry her.. It's a disgrace how much a single person can bring down an entire company and at this point I dont even know if ill bother coming in anymore, those poor employees deserve better.

  Been coming to this location for over a year, service went from great to nonexistant. Something is wrong almost every time i order and the staff do everything they can to avoid doing their jobs.

  At 10:30 am on a Tuesday the shop wasn’t crowded and we were the only people in line. We stood at the counter while 7 employees avoided eye contact with us and didn’t offer to help us. Finally one of them noticed and said to the other coworkers, “is someone taking orders?” He didn’t even acknowledge us, he just told the other employees to do so. A reluctant young man took our order and directed us to the other counter to pay. The woman at that counter walked away and didn’t acknowledge us either. Again we waited at the counter for much longer than necessary just to pay for our food. When the man who took our order could see that nobody else was helping us, he came over and rang up our food. The bagels were good and consistent with what we’ve come to expect with this chain, but the service was horrible.

  The location is clean. They offer a wide range of bagel options, great breakfast sandwiches, non-alcoholic drinks, tea and coffee. They specialize in bagels and they do that really well. Service is fast, staff are friendly. Excellent coffee! Try the spinach, mushroom and Swiss breakfast sandwich on an ancient grains bagel!

  I love Einstein bagels but this location is the worst. I went twice in the past two days. Each time I ordered 2 coffees to go and a bagel with cream cheese. Friday was busy so I figured it might take a few minutes. After I paid and got the coffee I waited 25 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. I was staying nearby at the Palms and was getting concerned the coffee was going to get cold. I went back this morning and there were less customers so I thought I would be in and out. Today it was almost 20 minutes. They had at least 3 people working so I thought it would be quick. I think that no matter what you order, you wait until all the orders in front of you are made. So if people ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese bagels, they make all of those before they make a simple order of cream cheese on a bagel. Seems like there should be a better way. Also no communication from the staff. At one point I thought my order may have been lost but no staff member was giving any status to customers. Once you pay you just wait, and wait, and wait....
