Employees seriously need training to get up to chain standards, unable to take simple directions, made a Nova lox bagel with literally a wipe off cream cheese (as it was mustard), did not understand what a bag is or why I would want one for my order. Had to explain several times which coffee beverage from the menu I wanted. Get it together Einstein's

Paid for two milks and both were five days out of date. Also, very slow service. They even served the man behind me first and just skipped over me.

A completely average experience. Would only stop here if other places had a line.

This location does not serve fresh bagels. Their bagels are made in an Einstein's factory, frozen, and delivered here, where they are warmed up in the oven. Ironic considering the very large sign on the wall describing how they arrive before dawn each morning to cook delicious fresh bagels. I only found this out after buying a dozen to give my friends for breakfast on a five hour train ride. Almost all of them were quite hard (worse than second day bagels, actually.) They did give me a refund, but beware that they're advertising one product and selling something completely different :-/

The bagels are typically pretty yummy at Einstein's. This is standard and tough to mess up, but I went to Einstein's at Crown Center today a dog I stood in line, a really long line, and when I got to cashier I gave her my order. She asked me if I had told anyone else my order. I had not because no one had yet said the magic words , "May I take your order?" This seems pretty standard..I mean, I am the customer, and they work behind the counter. Obviously, I am there for a reason, so I went back and told person who I was supposed to tell my order to, then I went back to the cashier and to her what I had ordered, because she had not communicated what I had just to the other person. I seems that those could have gone better..but who knows..
