::A couple weeks ago I purchased 3 dozen bagels. When I got home, I was so disappointed to find out that the 3 dozen bagels were 50% smaller than the bagels the company had made for other customers that morning as displayed in the displayed cage. I left a review two weeks ago and owner of this store replied and told me to contact the cooperate to file a complaint form. I am surprised that the store owners did not make this right with me. The quality discrepancy was with his store. This store owner, must have given up on quality of his store. Instead of making it right, he has had asked me to complain to the corporate store. I did and the corporate store did not respond. Now I am twice as frustrated for wasting my time.

::Drove from Fishers to eat lunch here only to find out the dining room is closed. If that's how you want to run your business, I'm fine with that, but your website states dine in. Get it together.

::Love the coffee and bagels, they refuse to open the dining room post COVID-19. I won't be meeting any clients there anymore. I can't imagine it takes that much additional staff time to wipe some tables down. Last time I was there they had four staff working and the dining room was closed. It was 10:30 in the morning and an old lady was sitting outside in the wind with her granddaughter. Way to take something great and destroy it Einstein's!

::I used to love this location but it seems like ever since they started asking for tips the quality of both their customer service and preparation of food have gone down the toilet. How are the tips even split up? It doesn't really even make sense to ask for tips at a fast food restaurant, just pay your staff a living wage. I'm including a picture of how I received my hashbrown, which appears as though the squished it before throwing it in the bag.

::We go this place almost every week. All staff are very nice and they know what they are doing. They serve very good coffee too. But I still miss New York City bagels. 10/21/18 Usual Sunday morning meeting. Blueberry bagel with honey almond semester is good. Also My daughter got free bagel and cream cheese. Thanks
