::My favorite bagel shop in jax! I work close by and get bagels and coffee (and sometimes a cookie) when I’m having a stressful day! The staff is always happy and treats me with respect. Marissa specifically gives me great service. She is the fastest and super knowledgeable! She is great w customers and I’m always in and out quickly when she’s there! The manager is also wonderuf, I don’t know her name but she has curly brown hair and is always very nice to me. Also, the bagels are delicious! I love pumpernickel and can never find it anywhere else! Thank you :)

::Couldn't get service. I was the second person in line at a virtually empty shop. The customer in front of me ordered, then the employee who took her order, started busily making her bagels. The customer ahead of me then moved down to the register, where another employee got up from his seat in the dining area, rung her order, then sat back down. Like that was is ONE job. And it's not like he didn't know I was there.

::This establishment serves the typical Einstein Bros. fair. The advantage is that it is very near the St. Johns River! After enjoying one of the bagels and lox, a short walk took me to a park bench less than 10 feet from the river's edge. I have been to this location a few times, and the service was always prompt and courteous. This location has fenced outside seating, with umbrellas shading the tables.

::Pizza bagel is so delicious! Their other bagels are killer good. Their special on Monday is a great way to try many of their bagels on the cheap.

::I am all about customer service. If you are only going in for food and not service this Einstein's will work for you. However in recent visits they have met expectations with food. Coffee and clean tables, not so much. My experience here is nothing like the standards of other Einstein Bros. Bagels.
