  Today was the first time I used Einstein for lunch catering. We got the "Lunch for the Group" package and it was absolutely fabulous. Everything was made from high quality ingredients that tasted as good as they looked. We are very excited to add them to our lunch rotation. Who knew? Should have called them long ago. They rock!

  Usually pretty crowded on Sunday but they get through quickly and serve you with a smile while always getting your order right. And the bagels and schmear (cream cheese) are the best you'll find in Charlotte.

  Love the bagels, but on the weekends you have to get there early because they sell out of some of the bagels. Good coffee and soft drinks. People are all very nice.

  Me and my boyfriend ordered some special they had called the no yolk. He asked the guy if it came with cream cheese and he told us yes then we even told him what kind we wanted. The bagel was tiny... defiantly not a full sized bagel, had no cream cheese and they didn’t even toast it. It was horrible. We only went here because the bagel shop we wanted to go to up the street was closed. Waste of time and money. Hope they will refund me. Chains suck and this is a great example of one!

  Paula, the manager, is a superstar and this entire review is dedicated to her and her team!!! I needed to place a catering order for over 100 people for a work event and every step of the way Paula was there for me and was incredibly helpful. When I first called for a quote she helped me get a discount and worked with me on my budget. When I placed a large order that was half pick-up, half delivery she said 'no problem' When I called to update the order she was calm and collected. When I called on her day off, her assistant already knew the whole story and took notes and made the additional updates to the order. When I called to confirm the order everything was in place, including all of my updates! When I arrived to pick up half of the order at 5 in the morning SHE WAS THERE! When, at 5am, I decided to pick up part of the delivery order, SHE SAID 'NO PROBLEM'!!! When the delivery part of the order arrived a few hours later, it was all correct and the delivery man knew about the whole order and was very helpful and kind. We had coffee, bagels, cream cheese, pastries, and fruit and it was all lovely. Quite frankly, the quality of the food was not my concern, I needed a large amount of food in a complicated fashion prepared accurately and people that would assure me that everything was going to work out. That is exactly what I got with Paula and her team. Thank you Paula!!
