  I'm pretty impressed by their handling of a super busy Saturday morning! It felt like every runner in the city was stopping by at the same time. Staff were nice and greeted some other customers by name and even knew the order of the person behind me in line. Makes ya feel like you're in a smaller place than Indy!

  Best decaf. Tasha is great! Helpful, smiling, great sense of humor.

  I like the coffee and food here reasonably well. I love The Lox sandwich! However, the service and prices are not the best. Also breakfast sandwich eggs are poached not fried. Big mistake...

  Disappointing visit to this location today . Placed my order and the young lady who was working the line looked up saw the order and proceeded to make trays. Walked by again and went to the back , finally came up to the counter and gave me a disgusted look with attitude like I was bothering her to make the order . So, I had a moment and told her I didn't mean to bother her and I ask the male to just refund my card. I told him his coworker needed a serious attitude check! I don't pay to get attitude and I'll take my $15 order elsewhere. The male ( henry?) Was nothing but professional and pleasant and I have no complaints , but that young girl .............

  Came for breakfast with my mom and received THE WORST service. We both ordered the same bagel and each received one completely different. When we went to show them our Oder was wrong, 2 different staff members threw major attitude and said we were wrong, that we didn't order what we claimed to order and gave us dirty looks the whole time while raising their voice. After being forced to apologize for their mistake they then re made our order but basically shoved it in our face and didn't say anything after that. I will not be going there again nor do I recommend anyone going to broad ripple location.
