  I really enjoy my visit s to Eiler's Hardware store. It's very rare that I can't find what it is that I am looking for, and what I am not looking for. Sue Dave are top notch people, they absolutely know where everything is. I'm always glad I went.

  Very small long time family owned business. Very nice people and helpful. Prices are exreamly fair

  Terrible service and prices are higher than many other places. My son went in for the hardware to hook up his dryer. He had to go in twice and they treated him very badly. I am used to the mom & pop stores being friendly and welcoming the opportunity to help. In this case, he felt like they considered him a criminal and as if he should know what he needed. Although my son is a novice, I am not. I dealt with AK Hardware in McKees Rocks growing up, and they were always helpful and treated their customers well. I also worked at Hastings Hardware on Babcock Boulevard in the late 70's/early 80's and we were trained to treat every customer with respect and assist in any way possible. I was hired for the garden center and had a lot of expertise in this area, but I was cross trained to be competent in helping in electrical, plumbing and wherever I was needed. The people in this store need retrained. I don't mind paying a little more for good service, but paying a premium and being treated badly doesn't work for me. I think I'm done giving them any of my money.

  Fantastic local hardware store, they have just about everything and their prices are much lower than the Ace Hardware Store in Oakmont. The husband and wife who own the place are very nice and have been in business for a long time. This place does take credit card in case you are curious.
