  Very good place to go shpping quiet have what ever you need good service (try to be there for 5 min and will have a assistants by you asking what you look for )

  If you thought the old eichlers was bad, the new one is even worse, fancy but nothing much, they claim better customer service but there is no one to talk to when you have an issue, besides the point how expensive things are.

  Best service.. Nice clean Store Under new great management A nice judica Mall. I think this is The biggest in judica .

  I was in the store and bought a set of seforim. As I was from out of town, I asked to have it shipped to me. I paid the shipping cost (It says free shipping. only from website not the store. Like that makes sense). Instead of shipping that day, as promised. It still hadn't shipped 4 days later. When I called and asked about it. I was told "i was too busy to take care of it, sorry". There was no offer to refund shipping or any thing but "sorry". I told them it was not okay and it isn't. If you are from out of town, be very careful doing business with this group.
