  Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, la zona è assolutamente comodissima, nella parte più a sud di Harlem, ben collegata dalle meteopolitane. Proprietari di casa molto gentili disponibili e cordiali. Stanza tradizionale (insomma nulla di ipermoderno o lussuoso) e molto pulita. Zona silenziosa, unica pecca di tanto in tanto si sente passare la metropolitana, ma il fastidio risulta minimo

  Sehr zufrieden! Überaus freundlich und ein Late-Check war auch Möglich. Es sind nur ein paar Minuten zum Central-Park und man findet umliegend viele Restaurants, Cafes und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

  The guest house is alright but the owner Lydia completely ruins it. She is obsessed by money. Coming from abroad, I had reserved online and was given a "Total price". After a night's stay the guy who runs the place told me there was a 14 or so % surcharge for tax. I asked to speak to Lydia the owner because this wasn't indicated when I booked. She immediately told me that if I didn't accept to pay the tax she would kick me out right away. On two nights I had a guest over and had the bad idea of telling her about it, immediately she told me there was a surcharge. I guess this is expected to pay extra, however no food is served and so the cost of having a second person is the same for her. I was not even given a second towel or anything for my guest. Room cleaning is every three days. On my last day, after having spent a total of $800 for a week (!!!) I asked if I could leave my luggage in the guest house during the day and would come pick it up later that day: she refused. Unheard of. I also spoke to other tenants who agreed that she would do anything to charge you more. One guy had been in his room for a month and on his last day was asked to move rooms (with no compensation) to accommodate some other people. This was a terrible first experience of New York, I do hope that after reading this review you'll think twice before booking here. Also the neighbourhood isn't the nicest or safest
