  If i could give this company 0 stars trust me I would. Absolutely the worst mortgage company ever. Please don’t waste your time and energy with this poor excuse of a business. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. We’ve been going back and forth with them for 6 months, yes you’ve read that right 6 months now! When they want answers they want them immediately, but when you need answers be ready to wait a year. Their communication is horrible, they do not return calls or emails. You literally have to almost stalk them to even get a reply back. No company is that busy. Moral of the story: Find another mortgage company to give your business to that will actually appreciate it and do simple things like return calls!

  Arturo Almanza and his team provided great service throughout the whole process. They were helpful providing insight and doing everything on their side to have all the paperwork approved and ready for a timely closing.

  We bought our first home with the help of Jason Chandler in Crowley Texas, and God love him, he had to hold our hand through the entire process.. He did that with patience and honesty, and we are so thankful that throughout all of the stressful moments, he was there to ease our mind.
