  They do quality work, but found the sales rep manipulative. I asked multiple times for them to remove our old furnace after replacing it and they never showed up at the scheduled time. They also quoted us for an unnecessary amount of work on the last two quotes we got.

  Efficient Systems has always been professional and friendly to deal with. Dustin H was no different. He explained things so thoroughly and in terms I could understand.   I had a great experience with Efficient Systems! Rob came out when it worked for my schedule and was able to recommend a fix much less expensive than I was anticipating. Very happy with my service and will use Efficient Systems again!

  Mr. Eric Pugh is extremely efficient, honest and thorough. During the process of analysis and estimation, he explained every details on the projects involved (electrical and plumbing). He also answered all the questions I asked in a most logical manner. A true professional. He has my strongest endorsement and recommendation to perform the same job for other customers!

  Very prompt. Very honest. Did great work. It was a tricky problem and they went the extra mile to figure it out. It would have been easier to just sell me something new, but they did the hard work to diagnose it and fix it.
