  Outstanding Service at this location today! The staff was so nice and took their time to assist me with my refinance of my truck and my new accounts. Was not unhappy with our previous bank but the personal attention we have received at the White Settlement location has been second to none.

  Friendly staff. They are great at explaining. Never had any problems with them for any banking experiences. Mobile app is great too.

  Went in today after getting money orders(to avoid high atm fees) clerk had me fill in my name, signature, and sign it...then informs me that my account won’t allow me this option. Didn’t offer a solution and had the additude of not caring and that I was a bother for her...after I was put in this situation. I immediately got my cash back that I deposited and closed my account. I have yet to have a good experience with this bank and the way they operate their pending transactions, which post and then disappear for several days, only to pull back out at random times, makes it confusing to keep up with your balance, especially if you don’t use checks or a register. I have always felt like a burden when I go into this branch and I really thought a credit union would have better customer service, but I was wrong.

  If you are a small business looking to open a business account with a Bank or Credit Union; please look else where. The worst banking experience we have ever had! The receptionist was very courteous which was the only good thing about our experience with EECU. From the start when it was our time to talk to the Financial Relationship Officer (Philip), we felt as if we were a bother to him; he kept stating that our JV wasn't an acceptable structure for EECU. We informed him that we currently have our business banking through Chase and wanted to try a Credit Union (which are normally very business friendly; not in this case) and that all our paperwork and business affairs were in line. He was informed by his business department that a JV'd Company cannot open a business account through EECU. Please stay away if you're looking for a bank/credit union that truly wants your business!
