::I have been a member of EECU for over thirty years. My last experience with Roberta Spence, like all the rest, was great. All the employees are friendly, courteous, welcoming and professional. Joyce Thompson

::The absolute worse EECU branch on the planet! On 3 separate occasions I was sent back a check that I tried to cash via the drive thru and told they couldn't not cash them for me. I go inside and have no problems and asked no questions. The final straw is that I go through the drive thru at 6:31 on a Friday and told that they wouldn't cash my check and the system would kick them out if they tried. Funny that all other branches have a 5 minute grace period. Don't waste your time here!

::The absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. I have multiple accounts, both personal and commercial. I just simply needed my signature notorized. The normal employee was out that day. Roberta Spence was filling in this day. Horrible waste of time. She refused to do something that they have always done for their customers. I then spoke to Kyle West. He said he would get back to me. He never did. I basically wasted an hour of my very valuable time. I subsequently went to a Chase Bank branch, where I am not a customer, and they were happy to do it without charge. Update: a manager called me back and said they would be happy to do it. So now I give 3 stars.

::I went in to get something notarized and the first time around was great, an older man helped my mother and I and even talked to me about a car loan. We had to come in a second time with the same papers to get notarized, and we dealt with such a rude woman. We sat down (she didn't even tell us her name) with this woman, who had dark black/brown hair and is a little heavy set, and she took ONE look at our papers and told me she couldn't help us. I told her I came to this exact location the last time I needed the same exact papers notarized and she was ARGUING WITH ME. She kept saying over and over and over "no you didn't" "you didn't come here" "we can't notarize these" she sounded like a child. I barely got a chance to say anything since she was interrupting me. She acted like she didn't want to help or spend time trying to help us..... I also don't understand why should couldn't do it? Since the guy did it for us last time. I wish she would have told me her name and I wish I would have spoken to a manager because someone with that kind of attitude should NOT be dealing with people. I considered getting a loan here for my car since that man was so nice, but if I have to deal with people like that woman NO THANKS! We went in Tuesday the 12/20 between 1-2, I'm putting the time I was there in hopes that the woman is talked to about her customer service.

::Join the bank and opened checking and saving account. Such a pain in the butt. Indian lady helping us, misspelled everything. We get our checks(charged us $25) and our street is misspelled due to her carelessness. Also call on the phone and they are extremely rude. Feeling so annoyed right now!
