  I would give it negative stars if possible. the people that run the place are DIRTY CHEATS! they RUINED the funeral and LIE through their teeth!

  My father passed on Sept. 11, 2017, then I started to shop around for funerals. I called few of them, and I came accross online Jamie Funeral. This young gentleman, Miguel Hwang, introduced himself as the Funeral Director. He is the the nicest of all the funeral directors I spoke to. He is also the one that gave me the best price compared to others. I met him, signed the paperworks, and they took care of my father's body and everything else. Everything went smooth, no problems at all, and I asked if he needs a deposit, he said no. Everything was ready when we arrived at Lloyd's at the day of the wake. The funeral is very clean, beautiful, presentable thinking that I met Miguel at the office which is a different place, and did not get a chance to see the funeral itself. I was very pleased with the room that they gave us, very spacious, bathroom is very clean, and I felt that whoever will come to our wake will not be disappointed. Miguel is very professional, and they all waited for us, though we exceeded about half an hour as we promised. Miguel and all the staffs including the owner Jamie are very professional, and nice to deal with. I even changed the date of the wake after I signed the paperworks, because my families are coming over from another country, and Miguel went extra mile for us. Every time you call them, even if Miguel is not there, someone else will accomodate you and help you. Thank you so much. Our family is in deep gratitude for all your kindness and help. One thing I regret, I should have asked Miguel for extra hours because 2 hours is not enough, especially, our Pastor took all the time to preach, and we did not have enough time to talk to the visitors. I FULLY RECOMMEND JAMIE FUNERAL, and look for Miguel, you will not be disappointed and you will be fully satisfied.

  They won't proceed the procedures as they promised. Full of lies and unclear explanation

  Last week my father passed away, even though he was at a nursing home, we didn't have any prior funeral arrangements. When he passed away, I had to arrange for his pick up pretty fast. Leon and his team helped me set up the necessary arrangement expeditiously and without asking for money upfront. They took the lead to coordinate his pick up while letting me morn as needed during that painful day; we then got together to plan the funeral and burial. They were very professional, caring and attentive to my family's pain and suffering. Would highly recommend this place. Maria Coste-Weber.
