::I joined this credit union over 20 years ago when I first moved to Columbus. It has expanded with different locations over time and I hope they will eventually have a location on the west side. Customer service has always been good. The physical buildings are clean with easy access. The online portal is wonderful and I use it frequently. Whenever I have sent messages via the online portal I've received a response in less than 24 hours. Educators can get a $1,000 zero interest classroom loan. There is an initial set up charge. I've been very happy with the credit union.

::I was there today, first time, and I had just used the ATM but I wanted smaller bills so I went inside. There was only 1 customer inside and he was being helped. There were 3 other people behind the counter. One was on the phone dealing with a situation, the other seemed to be hiding and the other one was helping the worker on the phone. But not one spoke or asked what I needed help with. That's extremely rude. I stood there for a whole 7 minutes and still not even one person acknowledged me. Mind you, I am very pregnant, due in a couple weeks, and no one even considered my condition especially with me standing. I ended up leaving without being helped.

::The staff at Education 1st Credit Union are amazing. Brianna, branch manager and Robert W at the downtown location are stellar examples of customer service. They have gone above and beyond to help me make good financial decisions and quickly resolve unauthorized activities. Education 1st Credit Union may be small in the business world, but the are huge on customer service and keeping their customers happy. Prof. T S
