They were sent by our Home Warranty company to fix our stove. He informed us that the switch on the burner was going out and that the oven just needed to be vented while we were cooking. He told us he would order the part “only after I get the authorization for the warranty company and not before and it may take them 30 minutes to 30 days for an authorization”. The part was ordered and when Ed’s came back out I told the contractor the stove was not working when vented and he replied “well the elements are coming on so there’s nothing wrong with it” He replaced the switch quickly and left without another word. After he left the front burner he "fixed" still wasn't working and the oven still is not working.

Ed is the best. I use his company at my place of business, and my husband uses him for repairs at his bar and restaurants. Ed can fix almost anything, and is extremely fair in price. He is honest and very friendly. I have used so many repair companies, and now I just use Ed. I highly recommend him.

We could not be happier with the service Ed provided. We thought it was a simple problem with our dishwasher; it was much more than simple. Ed spent an hour working steadily until he found and corrected the problem. We highly recommend Ed for people that want/need appliance repair. He is a true professional and more importantly, a good guy.

Ed is an amazingly generous man who spent 20 minutes on the telephone with me diagnosing my refrigerator before letting me know that it was time for me to get a fridge! Even though I begged him to come for a $45 house call to declare my 11 year old fridge dead, he assured me that he didn't want to waste my time and money. We chatted about a few other appliances in my home and some of their quirks and he gave me some free advice. Ed, are you sure you don't want to come pick up your $45? Definitely calling Ed's Appliance Repair when I have trouble in the future!!!

Ed arrived on schedule, fixed the refrigerator. Was knowledgeable, friendly, the charges were fair and reasonable. Glad to have found him and we would be happy to use him again. We have already told our neighbors about the great service.
