  I’ve been training with Ericka for 6 weeks, and I am very impressed with the quality of her instruction. In general, she emphasizes safety and proper form, but she is also very adept at individualizing instruction within a small group setting (4 – 8 people). She encourages and challenges me within the context of safety, and I’ve improved more quickly and with more confidence than I expected. She clearly and concisely explains and demonstrates both correct and incorrect movements, while describing what you should and shouldn’t feel. I am far more body-aware both in and out of class. Ericka is conscientious and responsive, provides excellent instruction at an affordable price, and elevates my fitness beyond what I could accomplish alone. I will continue training with her for the foreseeable future, and I highly recommend her to anyone interested in improving their fitness.

  Ericka is a fantastic coach, and I am so happy to have the opportunity to train with her. Her instructions are clear and informative, and her classes are always fun. Every class is challenging, I learn something new every time, and leave feeling energized. I'm always excited and looking forward to the next one.

  EDK Training offers hands on kettle bell training that is easy to learn, with unlimited upside. Erika does a great job of making new students feel comfortable. I would recommend EDK Training to anyone who is looking to get stronger through kettle bells. Drop in on a class, they're affordable!

  I have been going to Ericka's Intensive Series for a few months now. I absolutely love them. Each workout is a challenge but I love tracking my progress and seeing it increase. EDK Training offers classes/options that fit all schedules and budgets. I highly recommend it!

  If you've never experienced kettlebell training or even had a personal trainer, do not feel intimated with EDK Training. Ericka of EDK Training makes everyone feel comfortable and encouraged. Ericka is a phenomenal coach/trainer with a great attitude. I never had any previous experience with a personal trainer and I'm so glad I made the leap and commitment to train with her. I also encourage anyone that may have an injury, which has prevented them from fully applying themselves to a workout, to give one of her classes a try. Ericka emphasizes on proper technique and is able to accommodate the exercise to your injury. Within a matter of time and dedication, your "trouble spot" is no longer a problem. She also puts on the best workouts at local breweries. A fantastic workout and craft beer, what's not to love? I'm so thrilled to have found this hidden gem in Minneapolis that has completely changed my whole attitude on fitness and being aware of my body.
