  Outrageous prices. Unhelpful staff. Broken machines. Its cheaper to drive into New York City.

  I used to be a loyal customer, but it is becoming unaffordable. This place has a monopoly on parking near the train station and they use as often and as excessively as they can. Their prices used to be reasonable, but they creep by a dollar every six months or so, and don't lose your ticket or stay a minute over the hour because they will not hesitate to rip you off for all you are worth. Their machines are broken more often than fixed. This place is not worth the price... Take the bus to city.

  I parked my car here only once (overnight) but it was a delightful experience. Transparent parking rates and honest people. Staff is available 24/7 to assist with any questions. Will park again if needed.

  Obscenely expensive. Was $12 six years ago. Greedy operators have 3x. No parking in one section. Valet let's them squash even more cars on. That's why it's free. The wait is awful for commuters to get cars back from the overloaded valet parked. So greedy they woukd not hire attendants when I'm paying $35 a day to park. Wish a lot would open accross road and run these greedy SOBs put of business. Avoid this place at all costs!

  Phenomenal Price after 5PM weekdays & weekends -- only $10. -- cannot beat that for this area!!! Park & lock your own car....no need to leave keys with a stranger. And it's directly adjacent to the beautiful Secaucus Junction Train Station/Terminal....really convenient for anyone going into Manhattan. I love this parking lot. Plus, all the attendants that I have dealt with so far have been really professional & friendly!! (And we all know that that's not the case everywhere, sadly.) So I'm very pleased with this parking lot.
