  Service would be fine if attendants were actually there. Many times I have arrived fifteen minutes after the posted opening time to find that there are no staff present and they slowly drive in at 20-30 minutes past opening. Today I got there after it should have been open for 35 minutes and while the lights were on the attendant was nowhere to be found. I waited for another ten minutes of nobody showing up and left to park somewhere else. Ridiculous. You’re losing money to the competition just because their people actually show up to work.

  Good and safe place to park. Friendly staff and walking distance to Penn station.

  Very helpful and friendly attendants. Parking at a reasonable cost.

  Expensive parking and exit there at 5pm is challenging a lot of people, only one exit
