  Ordered my Aunt a nice arrangement. They delivered it to the wrong address and left it on the floor. Smh never again. How can I clearly give you the correct the address and you still mess up. Didn’t even knock and give it to the wrong address. Just throw my $100 on the floor.

  My husband placed an order for delivery this Mother’s Day. The woman called back and said she wanted to verify my information. That their records showed that no one by my name lived at my address. It was very strange. So my husband said, why should it matter? And if it does, he said to simply deliver it in his name. And she went on to say that they have a policy to not deliver in the name of the person who orders. Just didn’t make sense. And she was also very rude. We went ahead and cancelled. And I’m glad we did. Not sure what kind of a shady operation they run. Would recommend ordering from another location.

  Valentine's Day 2018 was the worst experience ever because of this company I do not recommend using them.. The staff is very unprofessional!!!!! I was told that business orders are suppose to be delivered by 5pm my order's first attempt was at 6:30pm. I called the location all day on the on Valentine's Day no answer.. called the next day still no answer even though business hours are 8am - 7pm the phones were set to the over night recording all day that's tells you to leave a message so I hold to leave a message and the recording just replays over and over. Finally I received a call from the most disgusting manager ever at around 6:30pm telling me that if someone does not pick up my order by 7pm I will not be getting a refund. After I spent $119 plus delivery fee for something that wasn't delivered in a timely fashion the manager calls me with an attitude.... shouldn't I be the one angry here? This is no way to treat a customer after you failed to deliver my order. I repeat I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/LOCTION!

  The order was placed in a different location as stated on the receipt. It was made for sheapshead and when called they stated that flatbush would be working on this order. Everytime we called it was being delivered. Not only did they not send it on Valentines Day we gave them a second day to deliver and they never did. Really frustrating.
