  The gift was delivered timely but the presentation could have been a bit better. That is a tiny gripe though. I would use again.

  Popped in for a very last minute anniversary. They were super helpful, and even helped me customize a happy birthday arrangement to become an I love you arrangement. Not sure why other people had poor experiences, but I have zero complaints and would absolutely recommend.
