  I placed am order online for pick up today. I drove over there and was very disappointed to find that they have no parking!! All the meters were full so I drove around looking for a place to park with no luck! I called the store to let them know I was outside and was trying to get in there for my pick up and the young lady that answered said oh dont worry just pull up front and put your hazards on and I'll run your bouquet out to you! This was so helpful and I was very thankful for that. I only had 2 dollars in cash on me for a tip but the way she handled it was so great I wanted to post a review to share my experience. Also the bouquet was beautiful I cant believe how unique and amazing these things are! Just love it.

  I recently received amazing service by a team member named Aaron at this location. He spoke with me on multiple occasions throughout the day regarding difficulties of my delivery (that were my own fault, not theirs), and he never made me feel bad for these difficulties. He had the problem fixed before I even called! Excellent service!

  Never received the arrangement... Ordered at 9:30 am for same day delivery and it never showed up plus i never got a call... Absolute waste of money.....

  The last time my husband got me chocolate covered strawberries from this store a HUGE and LONG hair was wrapped around the strawberry and stuck in the chocolate! Disgusting! Wear hairnets for goodness sake! The time before this, we went there together to get a smoothie, and nobody was behind the counter. Don't waste your money here. Go to another place.

  What's the point of a company that provides fun surprises for loved ones if they never receive the product?? This company does nothing to ensure the person receives it and will deliver to joe blow or whomever signs for it. They also will not submit a refund or any sort of gesture to appologize/retain a recurrent cutomer. The corporate office is no help and I will never order from this company again.
