  Alex is a very difficult person to work with, Can not read in between lines.. He needs a little bit more customer service skills and needs to learn how to work with customers a little bit more...They lost me as a customer... He just cancelled my order and gave me no Options.. Shameful...

  I placed an order here even after my disappointment from the new city store and this store went over and beyond for me. They apologized for the other store and added a free box to my order and made sure it was the first order to go out that day. I would definitely recommend them amazing staff and customer service. I called to thank them for their great work but i wanted to tell others. They even went to stony point for me and that was farther for them then the new city store and they still managed to get it there early. Thank you girls!

  I've been to a couple edible arrangements in different towns, and this one has given the best service so far. The staff is friendly, helpful and is always making suggestions. The manager was organized and knew what she was doing. She was very proffesional and I have no complaints at all! I recommend to everybody to try out this place, whether if it's for pick up or for delivery, they are always on point with their service!

  received a stunning arrangement from this store. driver was professional, all items were fresh and tasty. having had such a wonderful delivery - sent a friend an arrangement, she loved it too. customer service very helpful particularly because i did not have all the address information. would order again without question.

  Omg this is what my injured friend said about her arrangement "This is quite possibly the cutest thing I have ever seen!!!
