  The staff here is extremely incompetent. Who ever worked Friday June 1st at approximately 2pm needs to be fired because training wouldn’t even help the male/female combo. The male answered my phone call 2 hours prior (I know because I called after arriving at the store to match the voice) didn’t state his name or the establishment I was calling. He proceeded to take my order and told me to arrive in an hour. Upon getting to the store nobody was at the front desk and after shouting hello the two come towards the front looking “interrupted.” I state that I made an order over the phone and was told to pick it up. The male starts to look at the floor while the female tells me if I didn’t pay for it over the phone it wasn’t made. At that point I needed no further information and proceeded to leave. Whoever the owner is needs to come and restaff his store before it goes under.

  I truly don’t understand how the Franchise allows places like this to carry their name and reputation! I’ve ordered from Edible Arrangements before, never have I received such poor service! I placed an order a week prior to Valentine’s Day, the delivery was received late... at 8:30pm, the product was nothing short of garbage when received! It looked as if it had been sitting out all day, chocolate melting onto the pineapples, the lollipop pop was even sweating! Absolute poor service! Don’t go this route!

  Great customer service! Very engaging and pleasant. My shakes are always on point. Would give them 10 stars if possible

  This Store is run by a new owner, who took over a few years ago. The customer services is Great and the fruits are very fresh. The pineapple dipped in chocolate is my Favorite. I would total recommend!

  I was a little discouraged after reading the reviews about this particular store, I ordered online as a surprise for my best friend and to my surprise..I had a pretty good experience. My best friend received her edible arrangements today about 15 minutes ago and she loved them. She sent me pictures and everything was nicely put together, balloons looked great and everything was in tact. She said the driver called and was very nice and kept the present a secret from her until she came downstairs, which I think is great. Only thing I would say was a slight issue was, when I called the store to find out when was an approximate time for delivery and they didn't ask for my tracking number or information, they just said they didn't know. The customer service within the store should get some improvement. But as for my delivery, it came at a decent time, presentation wise the edible arrangement looked great and tasted great and my best friend was happy so I'm happy
