Made an order a day ahead of time. The delivery was never made when i called the store i kept being put on hold and eventually hung up on multiple times. But they wasted no time charging my credit card.

Wonderful experience! A perfect gift very yummy, and beautiful. Pick-up was very smooth. Monique Lampkin could not have thought of a more perfect appropriate gift! Monique is a valuable friend.

I ordered an arrangement to be delivered. The girl at the counter collected ALL my information, name, address, email, phone, etc. She asked where it should be delivered I told her front office of my daughter’s school. She asked what the message should say, I told her Merry Christmas. I gave her the address of the school. It was delivered to the wrong place in the school and to top it off, the only message on the arrangement was literally, MERRY CHRISTMAS! It did not have my name anywhere on the thing! I called to ask what happened, and why I’m paying for this delivery when the school had to hunt down where the arrangement was and that it was sent anonymously. The stores response.....”The driver said he confirmed it was the front office.” Thanks, have a good day. REALLY???! It’s a real shame I will not be buying anything from this poorly run store again.

Edible arrangements should just stick to serving fruit only. I ordered the Mocha almond banana frozen. It wasn’t good, Victoria blended the nuts in it so the drink had a a sand like texture. Right as she finished blending the drink she answered the phone. Instead of putting the person on hold and just finishing the drink she kept talking on the phone while my drink melted. I told her my drink was melting and she finally decided to finish it while on the phone. The drink taste like watered down cold hot chocolate. Poor service. Cost to high. Low quality drink.
