::Awesome place to order for gifts for any occasion. I have ordered an edible arrangement from this M st NW DC store last week for my girl friend on occasion of her birthday.. She was surprised with this wonderful gift. They made arrangement excellent design as same as shown in the website. When I called to store to place order, CSR was suggested best gift for birthday occasion. Delivered same day on time to her office. I definitely refer my friends to this location.

::It looks like this franchise ruined a lot of people's Valentine's Day plans, mine included. I placed my order a week before the holiday, and they completely failed to deliver it. Like many others, I attempted to call them multiple times, and no one answered the phone. It was only after requesting a refund from Edible Arrangements' national help line and filing a dispute with my credit card company that I received a voicemail from someone at their store who said they were "crazy too busy yesterday" and so they "might have missed some orders." They offered a monotone apology and to refund my money, but that's as far as they've gone to make things right. This store doesn't deserve your business, consider yourself forewarned.

::No words.... basically ordered arrangement 2 days early only for it to NOT be delivered and phone has gone to voicemail for 24hrs. Funny that I got right thru while trying to place the order and now nothing. I will NEVER order from ANY Edible Arrangement again. No customer service number or anyone to speak with is frustrating. I just want my damn money back!

::Placed an order for Valentines Day 24 hours in advance to a business. Never came. The policy states business deliveries will be arrive latest by 5pm. I tried calling the store and it went directly to voicemail. I tried leaving a voicemail and the inbox was full. WHAT A JOKE!? Where is my refund?!
