  Ordered arrangement for Admin Prof day and it was delivered 2 days late. Terrible customer service. Second time this happens with this location. Never using them again.

  I love ordering from here, always fresh and the fruit is always sweet i recommend ordering from here.

  I ordered an arrangement for my mom for teacher appreciation week (last minute) on Monday morning around 11:00am. I explained to the one of the employees (Jospeh) that the arrangement had to be delivered before school got out at 2:20. Joseph kept me up to date throughout the delivery and made sure that the arrangement made it on time. I am extremely grateful. The only reason why I did not give this review 5 stars is because my mom said that fruits were kind of hard to eat and wished they were sweeter. However, the arrangement looked beautiful and came with a lovely mug. Thank you!

  I placed an order through the general site and realized after it was not for same day. I called and the very polite lady over the phone not only changed it for same day (at no additional cost), but also made an exception to have the order delivered last as it was a surprise for someone who works the night shift. Seriously humbled by their customer focus. The gift was a hit!
