::Cleanliness is an issue. Had an arrangement delivered to a friend and they shared it with another. They both are sick. I don’t trust what goes on in this store.

::Excellent experience. The personnel, like Rudy, were so helpful, courteous and polite. They were very reassuring about my order since this was the first time I had ordered from them. They all were great and very professional. The order arrive in time and beautifully presented. As for the edible bouquet, it was delicious, full of scrumptious and very fresh fruit. (From what the recievers of the bouquet raved about) The gourmet apple was a little bit of heaven sooooo good. Not one crumb left. I would highly recommend the store for anyone who wants everything to go right!!!! The order, the arrival, the wonderful employees, the fruit, the yummo apple.....What can I say but Thank You- University Ave, Edible Arrangements. Jk

::The staff at this store is AMAZING!! They truly listen and hear the customers and have the heart to serve joy and happiness through their products and services. One particular customer service representative, Shantee, really paid attention to detail and made the "Just Because, I Love You" package I ordered for my boyfriend extra special! I can't believe how much she brightened up our day with her service and the product... it exceeded our expectation. Thank you for helping to make our first experience with Edible Arrangements so amazing! We will certainly be ordering from them again!

::This place absolutely sucks! I ordered something early on in the day and my order JUST got delivered. It was in "delivering" process for 3 hours. When I called the lady on the phone was rude. I will not be ordering from them ever again!
