  I missed having a coffee pot in the room. The mini fridge and microwave were a nice touch though. Room was clean.

  Paid over $100 for an overnight stay in this filthy place!! The maids obviously Don't Do Their Jobs!! There were clothes in the drawer and handing in clothes closet. I was afraid 2 sleep on the sheets. Fearing they weren't even changed.

  Avoid this place !! I've been going there for years and it has gone down hill the last few years and after the last visit I will not be going back . We had gotten room with hot tub due to having severe joint pain and were in the room less that two hours before seeing roaches. One or two I can see but the amount that was seen was absolutely gross. When I went to front desk to get refunded I was told I couldn't get. Refund and was told to come back to speak to a manager. I went today and spoke to a manager who pretty much told me the same thing I wasn't get a refund but will comp me a room on the house . Makes no sense since I will never go back after this experience . I even told him we had gotten bit and he replied "roaches don't bite" which is complete false info I've see it numerous times. I do not recommend this place to anybody and will be sending pictures and videos to the health dept as well as the city dept of health due to this owner also owning another place in queens that I wouldn't frequent either . So much for the "customer is always right " phrase . FYI motel across the street newly renovated and is very nice . Parking is tight but overall nice in and out.

  Everyone here will always try 2 help, i've seen the wonderful manager Will buy a lil dog who had no food a bag of Dry & cans of Wet food! He makes sure ur rooms r comfortable & if its not he'll find u another room!
