  This is literally the worst place ever. Smells everywhere, clerk doesnot know what hospitality is, very unsafe, Ghetto

  This is an average hotel. The breakfast is mediocre and the service was ok. It's located in an ok spot to get into New York City. It was priced very well for the area. This hotel can be a great way to save some money if you are ok with a mediocre hotel. If you are picky about hotel accommodations I would not recommend it.

  The room was terrible, nothing like the picture. Customer service was even worse, so rude upon the complains. Definitely not recommend

  Horrible experience! This is the worst place I've ever lived. On a trip with other 23 friends. Booked 12 rooms. All the rooms were filthy, super duper dirty. Sheets so thin and not clean. Rooms filled with smell of smoke. I opened window for some fresh air for a short time as it's still cold outside during this season. Then I turned on heater, but soon all the dusts in the heater just flew out everywhere. We tried to change to other rooms but were told the place was fully booked. Four of our friends were just not able to sleep and found other place to stay. The manager wasn't there the next morning when we checked out and the front desk had no empathy or apologetic at all. I'd not stay at this place ever, ever again and I wouldn't stay here even if someone paid for me. It's just the worst nightmare.
