  TERRIBLE!!!! We literally changed rooms 3 times in one night! The 1st room (room# 250) had no A/C, and wasn’t cleaned. The 2nd room (room# 254) didn’t have A/C either and the refrigerator didn’t work. I asked to speak with the manager and the staff stated he wasn’t on the duty so they emailed him (NEAL) never replied. We tried leaving but all hotels downtown were booked!!! The 3rd room (room# 118) TV didn’t work 😡 and the shower had hair in it, which means it was never cleaned!!! Upon checking out of the hotel I asked to speak with Neal again and the staff stated “ he wasn’t present, “can I please take your number??? I’ll make sure he gives you a call! “...this was 3 days ago and We still haven’t had from Neal! This place should be closed PERMANENTLY!!! I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy!!!...Hoping this review will be an eye-opener to anyone that has common sense!

  Horrible customer service. I called to ask some questions pertaining to rooms and amount of people who could stay. I informed the gentleman who answered the phone that it would be me, my husband, and my two toddlers. We were inquiring about the King Bed room. He said that we would have to get two queens being we had two children. I told him my kids were toddlers and sleep in my king bed at home and we would just like them to sleep with us. He said no, we would need two queens. Luckily we called another hotel and they allow small children and don't count them as "a person". So luckily I did my research because we would of had to pay upgrade and wouldn't of even used the other bed. I also do not recommend because they still allow smoking at their building. Just not good customer service. Call around before settling with a specific hotel. Not all will treat you bad and want your money.

  Clean room, good pricing , clean towels. Very friendly staff , decent breakfast. Overall had a pleasant stay for 3 nights . House keeping was good too . Had decent wifi and could work from room . Thumbs up !!

  The card keys don’t work. When I woke up in the morning I found a huge hair ball on the bed by my feet! It was chocking because that proves they don’t change sheets from previous customers. I couldn’t take a shower thinking towels were used as well. The day before they did the room but did not put soap, shampoo, towels. We had to call. I had to leave that place as soon as possible. They offered me a 20% off that I declined! I told the supervisor the 20% won’t change the fact that I was so disgusted! Dirty place.

  The room had an old odor when we arrived and there were still used towels hanging in the shower. Had to call so the shower could be cleaned before we showered. The front desk was helpful after the fact, but they need to NOT have the GO GREEN if the staff isn't going to check behind customers after they've departed.
