  I don't often write reviews but this one deserves one! As I'm writing this review, I'm sitting on this chair. The chair is comfortable and functions perfectly but what I really loved was their service when i bought it from Eco Seating Inc and the staff is really good.

  Phenomenal service- Alfred replied immediately to my inquiry and patiently answered all of my questions about the the different iterations of the steelcase leap chair I was interested in purchasing. He was extremely helpful in clarifying the different customization options and corresponding feature details/pricing, then further went on to explain Ecoseating's differentiators (founded by former chair engineers, environmentally friendly materials, product individually tailored to the specifications of each client, etc). I'm a generally cynical person and was initially skeptical that this company would be any different than the myriad sketch "high-end refurbishment" shops you can find elsewhere on the web, but truly, these are good guys. Delivered the chair to my door (in the middle of a downpour) fully wrapped to protect it from the rain. Cherry on top- they threw in an extra set of hardwood floor casters because the chair had been exposed to the elements en route. Cannot be happier and highly recommend.
