::they use good quality coffee beans. great pastries! If I am in Midtown East, I always go to to "Eclair", simply the best in the area. Nothing fancy, small place. They focus on product quality. If you looking for fancy spacious places, then go to different cafe... If you need the best French coffee shop in Midtown East, then choose "Eclair bakery"

::So many different types of eclairs! I was seriously amazed and the variety, and all the other pastries looked amazing as well. We had the traditional and almond eclairs, and a palmier. All were delicious and tasted super fresh.
