  Excellent selection. The owner Koo is very knowledgeable, and is a really friendly guy. He himself has created several of the designs he sells. (Just note that the physical store is called "Halftime", not "E-Cap City".)

  This place is great, everytime I come here the staff is friendly and pleasant to talk to. Norm helped me the first time and John helped me tonight. This place has better hats than lids.
