  Rachel at Eat Smart is one of the most knowledgable people I know. As a long distance runner and working in sports nutrition, I know what I should do but, (like most) what I should and what I do tend to be two different things. I joined her "Clean Eating Challenge" in January 2018. While this 'challenge' came in 3 phases that began very strict, Rachel made the transition into sustainable eating habits for real life scenarios. She is always available to answer questions or help you make alternative choices. She helped me develop a better relationship with food and I even pushed through a weight plateau and dropped a few inches! I'm looking forward to putting these new tools to work and building something great! Thank you for 'jazzing up' my foodie life!
