  This place needs a machine to add money to q card. I rarely have cash on me. Can't always do it on the bus

  Great Central location, some connections could be quicker though.Need more buses on wknds & more frequency. The bus drivers are great.

  The bus station seemed Pretty clean (except the pigeons nibbling on their grains) and well connected bus station. I was able to take the bus to NASA and back. Staff onboard the bus was courteous and helps with all your queries. Bus driver (5116) for route 246 was very helpful while I struggled with my cash payment Buses are 99% ontime

  It's about TEAMWORK working together and this new system METRO has in place is NEW to me. HOPEFULLY it works out for the BEST...
