  Service is very unprofessional The ACH transfer is limited to $20,000 for 30 days because he wants to transfer the remaining $3,000 of tuition to his son before leaving the United States. The mobile APP can apply for one-time expansion, and the assistant manager of the branch explained that after she submitted it, an approved email came! The remittance was still restricted at noon the next day, so I sent an email to the assistant manager of the branch and replied that I was sorry and it was being processed. Then the assistant called, there is no one-time expansion, only permanent, to be expanded to 30,000, but my account is not 30,000, so it is not allowed to expand. If you don't use 30,000, the bank will stop it if you exceed it.

  This place really needs to improve in customer service! My wife visits this branch twice a month to cash her work check and every time they give her a hard time about cashing it! To the extent of asking for a second Identification! Then having to call in for verification. To the point of them making her feel racially profiled. Really hope that they can improve in there ways of treating people in general. Just cause I have to give a star in order to post but I take that back! So no stars for this local branch
