::Their place just felt good, service was great, understood what I wanted, had a quick solution, will recommend to my friends.

::Avoid this place at all costs. I went in for a routine cleaning and they billed me for x-rays (that I didn't ask for), double-charged me for fluoride that I already paid for, and tried to charge me over $100 for "oral hygiene advice". The only thing the dentist said to me was that my teeth were basically perfect and "I did all the work for him". How can you charge $100 for that? Extremely unprofessional service, and they'll try to bill you for everything they can think of.

::Sadly I was not able to actually make it inside the office. Requested an appointment through their website and received an email stating they would be in touch within 24 hours to schedule something. Prices seem pretty reasonable but I never was contacted. On to the next one I guess.

::Definitely the best dental experience i’ve ever had! Dr. Harris and staff were extremely friendly and informative. The initial exam and x-rays were very thorough. The equipment is definitely top notch and super high tech. No doubt i’ll be back and will recommend this dental office to all!

::Let's start with my teeth are not the best, never have been, and I am not exactly a fan of going to the dentist. Could I floss more? Sure...but at least at Dr. Harris and the staff don't judge me. How well do I know this dentist? I've had one cavity, one crown :-/ and one cleaning. Some details about this dentist office: - High speed equipment. I was shocked at how far dentistry tech has come. We moved down from Berkeley and apparently my dentist there hadn't stepped out of 1994. The good news about this new tech is that it's faster and less painful. The crown was super fast, like, they made it there at the office. So that was cool. - Super nice. Everyone is nice here and that's helpful because I don't really want to be there. - Options. Dr. Harris and the staff are pretty good about giving you options. They explain what they want to do, show you the exact cost, then give you reasons why you should or should not get it done now. I need another crown on a cracked tooth and they were not happy about it, but they let me push the appointment out to two months from now because I'm busy and it doesn't hurt. - Text reminder of appointment times. This is just obviously nice. - Parking is not too bad. I have always ended up with street parking about a block away. The neighborhood is not the best, but not too bad. As someone who does not like the dentist, I can say this is the first time I have actually not minded going so that is a big deal. Thanks! Hopefully I won't see you too soon.
