  I went here for over two years. Really only for antibiotics and yearly visits. I was in the hospital for 3 days with severe pain. They said to follow up with primary. The female doc was so condescending. She asked rudely why I was crying. I tried to explain my pain but she kept cutting me off. She said my 7 out of 10 pain was hormones. I'm not even kidding. She then told me if it was so bad then I needed to go back to the ER. She then refused to run any tests and said she wouldn't assist with my letter for work. They also started a policy that is rudely written on the walls that they will no longer do ANY RX refills by phone or pharmacy requests. They also only write RX for 3 months at a time. Besides being in a terrible part of town, the office staff are dumber than rocks and the doc is useless and rude.

  Absolutely worthless. Called 3 times. Was told directly that assistance would be provided. That lead to no call back. Now leaving the state where my medical insurance no longer provides coverage.
