  Clinic is horrible and Dr. Raymond Diaz is absolutely inconsiderate. First there’s no appointments. Its first come first serve. Then they have patients come in starting at 7am and the doctor doesn’t show up until 9am. Why have patients wait for 2 hrs?? That is really cruel when patients have been fasting for this procedure. Check in was really smooth but had to wait over an hour to get paperwork to fillout. Overall it was a horrible experience. Go elsewhere for your colonoscopy.

  Ive been a patient at ETMC for years now and i love it there! great customer service. the staff are friendly and the doctors are great. they always adding new doctors and services so i never need to go anywhere else. even there's a pharmacy there so i can get my medications on my way out of the clinic. CONVENIENCE!!

  The doctor was super through. The staff mostly speaks Spanish but they accommodated me only being able to speak English just fine.

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Don't go there not even if you getting free service, this place is a nightmare. I won't say more. Maldito lugar

  Place is horrible poor MA's are subjected to abuse from their superiors in front of patients. Rude and extremely unprofessional conduct. Doctors walk in incredibly late for their appointments. Chairs in the waiting area look like people have defecated on them. Appointment times are not honored. Time is money!
