::I loved training here. Gary and Lynda are awesome people and amazing instructors - they're deeply knowledgeable, caring, and encouraging. The variety of pilates equipment available for lessons is one of the best parts - as a rigorous athlete, having access to the Cadillac was amazing. If you're looking for great instruction, a serious workout, and a focus on total health and well-being, this is definitely the place to go. The studio is smaller and more personal than a box gym (for sure) but with better equipment than you would find at most pilates places.
