  New guy on the phone... VERY RUDE. We asked how long and he said tomrrow morning. Then when he repeated the order, he said it wrong and we tried to correct him but he said that’s what we said. So we argued about that. Then he goes... how about all the other things I said... we’re they correct? We then say idk cause you didn’t stop to listen to what you got wrong... then he started laughing and said oh my god... I’ve been going here for many years and now I don’t know if I want to come again. Plz fix this problem.

  One of the best Chinese takeout restaurant that I ever been to. The food is great, you will not be sorry you ordered your Chinese food at East Bamboo. I recommend the boneless spare ribs.

  Great neighborhood restaurant!! The food is great! I love their wonton soup and spring rolls. Everyone there is super friendly. The food is always made fresh and there are many, many options -- all delish including their diet options.

  I recently moved to the area and had tried another Chinese restaurant (NEW CHINA)but was very disappointed with their food. I figured I try another location before giving up, And I'm glad I did. I actually had delivery but the food was outstanding. The sesame chicken and the sauce was amazing nothing like the New China. Also had chicken fried dumplings which were great as well. I can't speak about the customer service on location but the delivery service was outstanding. Very nice over the phone and when he arrived he was friendly and professional. 🤝
