Earl's is an establishment in OK because it stands the test of time. The food is all top notch, and I have never met a person working there who didn't seem to be loving their job. Prices are great, so bring the whole family!

Earl's Rib Palace had a variety of BBQ food options for your enjoyment. They have pork, chicken, brisket and ribs along with many sides and sauces. The staff is always friendly and the service is fast. If you are in Bricktown stop by Earl's Rib Palace.

Was in town for the Memorial half. Having completed the Golden Driller half earlier in the day, I stopped in ravenous and inquired about 'Earl's Binge', which I was assured was a massive plate. Food came out and it was 3 rib 'portions' (like half a rib bone and cartilage per), 2 thin loose ham steaks, 3-4 oz chopped brisket, and a chopped jalapeno sausage, with 2 sides. I was not impressed with the food quality, nor was I happy with sauce choices (any shop that call themselves BBQ, but does not have house mustard sauce..). For that price, I would have expected better/more. Needless to say I will not be returning.

I am not going to beat around the bush. The baked beans are incredible. The rest of the food was really good too, but I would fly back to OKC for the beans alone. The ribs are good and so was the brisket. I tried both BBQ sauces. The spicy one wasn't spicy. It just tasted like vinegar, but the original one was very good. Potato salad was decent. Very similar to my grandma's style. So, I liked it. Service was very friendly. Food came out in like 3 minutes. Good place for fast, tasty barbecue.

Atmosphere is pretty standard for a BBQ place. Ribs fell off the bone and brisket and Mac and cheese we're good too. Potato salad could've been better. Not much interaction but the staff was friendly. Overall, I'd eat here again
