  Very glad I don't bank here personally These tellers need to be reminded customers have choices and with the other financial institutions available, customers may elect to do business with a bank that demonstrates a willingness to provide outstanding service !

  Rude bank manager. Looks down at people. Does not know how to speak to people. If possible I will not return and will make the same suggestion to anyone. I will be sending a personal report to Eagle Bank about their employee

  Consistently refuses to cash checks they issue, claiming the signature is not on file... we have a corporate accountant, one person signs our checks, there is no week to week inconsistency on our part, only on the bank staffs
