::I booked through Expedia. The description of the shuttle arrangement was unclear. It was further complicated by the fact that “baggage claim” is very decentralized at PHL. To make matters worse, the phone number for the agency provided (and linked to) by Expedia was incorrect. Long story short, I never saw a shuttle, and could not easily call for one, so I took a cab. That seemed to be an Expedia issue more than anything else. Once I got to the rental office, I was thoroughly impressed with their friendly professionalism and their speedy service. The car was great, and they went out of their way to make it easy for me. The price was very low, and to my mind they overdelivered... dramatically. Drop off was easy, simple, and quick. Best car rental experience ever. (Once I was able to get to the place...)

::Follow the instructions for locating the pickup location and texting your need for the shuttle bus. They reply quickly . It works.

::!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was traveling to Philly because my Mother had a major stroke in Reading, Pa. I told them when I picked up the car that my Mother was on life support and was not sure how long I would need the car. They said I could call to extend use over phone if needed. Well, I called waited on hold long time only to be told that I could not extend my rental because the car registration was scheduled to expire in a few days. They wanted me to drive back to Philly and exchange the car. I explained again that my Mother was on her death bed and I did want to leave her to swap cars. I explained to customer service when I rented that I would Likely need to extend and they had plenty of other cars in the lot they could have rented to me that were not about to expire. I asked that they drive to reading and swap out car as it was not my fault. They said they called location manager and I would be called back. 2 days later and after repeated calls to customer service no call from manager. I asked for number to location and they said they did not have number because it is on speed dial. BS! This place is incompetent and unwilling to fix problems caused by there incompetence. My brother and I lost 3 1/2 hours of the last time with our mother because of these incompetent and incompassionate people. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY YOU WILL REGRET IT.

::I was charged $50 for going through two "tag only" tolls in Colorado. First time I used EZ/Advantage in Denver. I tried them this one and only time. Never charged but for the tolls by other rental companies. It is in their contract, but not fully explained at check out. Fool me once, but NEVER again!

::Rental experience was ok but I only rented for a day. The part that sucked was their shuttle service from Phili air port to the car. I had to track down the contracted company that did their pickups and ask them to come get me. I almost went with another rental company last minute but their shuttle showed up at the last minute. Made me 40 min late for my reservation and the driver was a jerk. If you are considering saving cash by going with EZ, save yourself the hassle and just go with a name brand rental company.
