  Absolutely the best. Need an emergency jump start of my suv in a busy street in Manhattan today. Came within 30 minutes. Best of all was the driver spent another valuable time, park his truck on the side of the street and then helped to direct my car from a packed parking slot after finish jumping my car. Gave lots of advice about the car battery during the charging period. Very positive attitude. Very reasonable price on the service. I live in NJ and was trying to find if E&M Auto Center has branch in NJ. Unfortunately not, otherwise I will always to him again. Thanks E&M Auto Center. You are the best.

  The owner is a piece of work. Bad mouths customers behind their back to other customers and starts political arguments while you're waiting. Never going back.

  I came here with a quite a few problems with my vehicle, i was treated fairly with great service. Car looked like new when was returned to me a day later. Ami was a great help! Thank you guys so much!

  We found ourselves at the mercy of E&M Autobody's boss when my wife and I were stranded in the South Bronx. Allstate Roadside Assistance engaged this company to tow our vehicle to Manhattan Jaguar and to give us a ride to this dealership. They sent a rather belligerent and arrogant driver to fetch us telling that our car was not going to the dealership until Monday and that he would not give us a ride. The Allstate rep called E&M's owner to confirm the arrangements he made and to ask that they do what they said they would do, but there was no reasoning with this individual. He said that the dealership was closed, and would not accept the car until Monday and that his insurance did not cover passengers (which I find hard to believe since that is often the requirement in his business). He then ordered his driver to dump our car back onto the side of the road and left my wife and I in the South Bronx (a rough neighborhood) at 7pm on a Saturday night! Allstate contacted another Towing company, which came promptly and did exactly what they said they would do. They towed the car to Manhattan Jaguar where the night guard kindly accepted the car (as he has done twice in the past) while delivering us as well - no insurance issue encountered. E&M Autobody is, in my humble opinion, an unprofessionally managed enterprise, with a belligerent attitude - not only from its owner but also through its employee. We would not recommend anyone to use this service provider. They should not be in the service industry because of their bad attitude, their disregard for their customer's safety and their unwillingness to do what they said they would do.
