  I've used this cleaner for over a decade for everything from dry cleaning to alterations and I couldn't be happier. Kind, considerate, excellent at everything they do, and quick if you need it. And get prices. You can't go wrong with this place.

  I've come here a few times before without any problems, but after my last experience, I won't be returning here again. I brought in an expensive synthetic dress to dry clean because it had a few pieces of lint stuck on it, and a pair of jeans to get hemmed. I had measured out the length I wanted the jeans to get hemmed, and when I showed the seamstress, she told me I shouldn't have done it myself and that I had done it all wrong because one leg I measured wasn't the same as the other. I knew that, because one of my legs IS shorter than the other. She basically gave me an attitude told me that I should never do this because I don't know what I'm doing and if she had just gone ahead and hemmed it I would come back and complain and cry about it. Ok whatever. So I tried on the pants and had her measure it. She insisted that they touch the floor, even though I wanted it down to my ankles. I wasn't totally down with it but she didn't' seem like she was going to help me unless I said ok. I also feel like she charges whatever she feels like. Once I brought in a coat, and she wanted to charge me $70 to shorten the sleeves and the coat. I come back to pick up my things. My dress had completely thinned out and pilled, way worse than before. There was still pink lint on it, so I basically brought this in for nothing. After I put it on to go out, my boyfriend noticed a big HOLE at the seams underneath the zipper. I was so pissed. Not only did they wear down the fabric, but there was now a rip in it. I brought it in to another place to get it sealed, and he said the rip was right along the zipper so it would be hard to seal. Interesting. My jeans came out okay, but the hemming was uneven. And yup, one leg was hemmed shorter than the other. she left the back longer than in the front, which is how SHE thought it would look good, and she didn'te ven do a good job. I really started coming here because they accepted credit cards (min $10) and did an okay job, but there so many dry cleaners near my apt it's not worth it for me to come back.
