  This place is great as long as you come in, do your laundry and get out. If you have an issue with the machines, it's not so great. One of the machines charged me the full amount and never started and I had to kind of argue with the staff to prove I wasn't lying. I could have paid another 3.50 but I didn't want to pay two loads' worth for one load. Eventually they let it go but it was an annoying experience. I go there a lot and was surprised by this. Otherwise I haven't had an issue there
