  My husband and I had a GREAT experience at Duval Honda. Jake is a very personable salesperson and helped us navigate the whole process. Loren is a super sales manager and he is very knowledgable about everything on the lot. Derek is the best finance guy we've ever dealt with at a dealership. It was an all around great experience. We were so happy, we left with TWO cars. We'll be giving all of our business to Duval Honda.

  Went to Duval Honda with a trade that I owed way too much on. Asked for one of their best salesmen and got Jake. Jake and his manager were awesome. Sat me down and went over my options before showing me anything. Worked with me on price and worked with me on the trade. After everything they were able to get me into a car I love. I’ve been to quite a few dealerships and have bought a couple cars and Duval Honda was definitely the most honest and helpful place I’ve been. If you don’t know too much about cars or you just don’t want to waist your time, go to Duval and ask for Jake.

  Yesterday, my fiancé and I stopped into Duval Honda just to look at a particular vehicle that we saw online. Jake, our salesman is amazing! He worked with us, explained everything, answered any and all questions, and made our entire process as first time car buyers as smooth as possible.   After having my 1992 Honda Accord stolen a week ago, I was forced to buy another vehicle. This was the first place my husband and I stopped to look and met Robert Pendarvis. We were immediately impressed with him as he greeted us on the lot and began a conversation with us that had nothing to do with us buying a car. He took the time to get to know us on a personal level as well as sharing some of his own personal life experiences. As we looked at cars, Robert listened to us explain what we were looking for instead of trying to push us into something. His Sales Manager was equally a pleasure to deal with. We did not buy the car we chose that day as we explained that there were a few other models we wanted to check out before we made a final decision even though we were leaning toward the Honda. That evening I did my own research on the car as I had the VIN #. I spoke to Robert a couple of times that evening about concerns I had and he was more than happy to research to find answers and was so pleasant the entire time. I did return the next day and bought the car we had picked out and they came in under the bottom line I was willing to pay with no haggling on the price. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will be seeing Robert again when it's time to replace my husbands truck.

  This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Duval Honda. The sales team is amazing. I was greeted by an amazing and caring salesperson, Nicole. She was very patient and understanding as I shared with her my vehicle needs. Nicole provided many great options that was very helpful that allowed me to create a final decision a week later. In addition to the many qualities and service available at Duval Honda, I believe they have a great team. The success of the team can be attributed towards the professional knowledge and comfortable atmosphere Nicole was able to provide. I did not feel pressured or mislead into purchasing a vehicle. Instead, the team treated me very well. I highly recommend anyone in the market for a new or used to stop by Duval Honda and ask for Nicole.
